These terms govern use of flarepoint.io and our client portal, provided by Flarepoint Technologies Ltd (company number 17055624, registered in England & Wales). By using the site or the portal you agree to them. Any signed engagement agreement between us prevails over these terms to the extent of a conflict.

Portal access

Portal access is granted by invitation, per engagement, and may be time-limited or withdrawn to protect the service or where these terms are breached. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site or portal unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to access accounts or materials you have not been granted;
• probe, scan, or disrupt the security or availability of the service;
• copy, redistribute, or make available materials from the portal except as your engagement permits.

Materials

The site, the portal, and all materials made available through them are owned by Flarepoint or its licensors. Materials shared with a client may be used for the purposes of that engagement; all other rights are reserved. Materials are provided for the engagement's purposes only, "as is", and are not legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with the website is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us for access to it. Liability under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

Governing law
